Background

One Network sought our expertise to rejuvenate their marketing website. Their goals were clear: refresh the brand's image, boost conversion rates in line with their market strategy, and enhance the site's clarity and user-friendliness for their target audience.

 

Our Approach

Armed with personas and user journey maps provided by the client, we embarked on translating these insights into practical design solutions. Our process began with the creation of sitemaps and wireframes, laying the groundwork for a comprehensive site overhaul.

Communication was key. We engaged in a dynamic feedback loop with the client through Figma presentations and email discussions. This collaborative effort ensured that our design choices remained aligned with the client's vision and objectives.

 

Outcomes

The revamp brought about significant UX enhancements and conversion rate improvements, characterised by:

  • A streamlined top navigation system, making it easier for users to navigate the site.
  • Tailored solutions that resonated with each user persona, ensuring immediate relevance.
  • An emphasis on gated content, customer success stories, and events to support a top-down marketing approach.
  • Enhanced integration of product information, industry insights, and use cases, boosting the site's overall discoverability and engagement potential.

The project culminated in the handover of our UI designs to a third-party web development agency. The client expressed immense satisfaction with both the process and the final product, applauding the marked improvements in the website's conversion potential, usability, and aesthetic appeal.
